Designed for simple installation using fibreglass pole sleeves and awning attachment points. Compatible with awnings featuring a 2400mm mounting span (measured between support legs), or can be used freestanding with the included upright poles.
Recommended to always use supplied guy ropes, pegs, and poles regardless of weather conditions for maximum stability. Ensure tent is fully dry before pack-down to avoid mildew and fabric damage. |

Not suitable for use with fuel-burning appliances, gas heaters, or open flames. This includes stoves, candles, lanterns, and cooking equipment.
Do not use inside enclosed space without proper ventilation. Risk of carbon monoxide poisoning or suffocation exists if unsafe appliances are used. Do not pitch near open flames or campfires. Do not apply weight to the structure or use it as a load-bearing system. |
Warranty Information
Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:
- Damage due to improper use or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)
Partner Brand Products: Follows manufacturer's warranty policy. See product manual or manufacturer's website for details. For partner-branded products, customers must contact the partner brand directly for warranty claims.
Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
