At Bushwakka Adventure Gear PTY LTD, we take pride in our standards, research, development, and customer experience. However, we understand that things donβt always go as planned. Below is everything you need to know about our warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty across our True Blue and Extreme Awning Ranges, effective from the dispatch date.
RTT Installation
If you choose to self-install your Roof Top Tent, please be aware that any damages arising from improper installation will not be covered under the Bushwakka warranty. We recommend that installation is conducted by a qualified professional to ensure optimal fit and safety. Bushwakka Adventure Gear PTY LTD is not liable for damages or issues resulting from self-installation.What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not apply to:
- Improper use: Wind damage, incorrect use of storage bags, improper closure, or storing canvas incorrectly.
- Installation issues: Use of non-Bushwakka mounting brackets, incorrect load-rated brackets, over-tightening, or unauthorised modifications.
- Environmental and accidental damage: Mould, insect or animal interference, misuse, incorrect operation, extreme weather, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Changes in legislation: Any rectification or work required due to Local, State, or Federal legislation changes occurring after the manufacture of the product.
- Expenses associated with repairs: Accommodation, relocation, fuel, freight, lost income or rental earnings, or other costs incurred before or during the repair process.
- Removal and reinstallation costs: The customer/claimant is responsible for all costs related to product removal, reinstallation, postage, or freight for repairs or replacements. We recommend insuring your shipment if you arrange your own freight, as Bushwakka is not liable for any loss or damage.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Call our Warranty Specialist at (07) 5515 7912, Extension #3 as soon as an issue arises.
- You will be assigned a Ticket # and directed on how to escalate your claim for review.
- Claims are processed within 14 business days, and the Warranty Specialist or Directors will provide a final decision, which is binding.
Note: If you purchased your product from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly to manage the warranty process.
Need Replacement Parts?
We offer replacement parts for most components of current-generation awnings. If your awning is an older model, we will make every effort to assist but cannot guarantee availability.
