Product Information
The STEADFAST Screen Springs includes 5x springs that allows for flex in the tie down system which ensures strong gusts of wind are readily absorbed and pegs remain securely fixed to the ground.
The Screen Spring has an aluminium anodised carabiner at each end of the 18cm un-stretched bungee for different configurations of use, depending on your specific environment and requirements.

Warranty Information
Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:
- Damage due to improper use or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)
Partner Brand Products: Follows manufacturer's warranty policy. See product manual or manufacturer's website for details. For partner-branded products, customers must contact the partner brand directly for warranty claims.
Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
