Product Information
Our STEADFAST Guy Rope Lite has been designed for a secure hold, staying untangled and looking good around camp.
We redesigned the guy rope to be faster & easier to use whilst giving a more secure hold. We have done this through our easy to use ratcheting mechanism, which allows the 2m of UV stable rope to be secured at any length and easily adjusted to get the right tension. Simply wrap the remaining rope around your hand and place it into our built-in storage bag to keep your campsite neat & tidy. To release the tension, press the easy to use button on the ratcheting mechanism and pull away from the mounting point, the rope will be free to lengthen.
Warranty Information
Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:
- Damage due to improper use or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)
Partner Brand Products: Follows manufacturer's warranty policy. See product manual or manufacturer's website for details. For partner-branded products, customers must contact the partner brand directly for warranty claims.
Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
