    Product Information

    The CROC HINGE® awning bracket lets you easily move your awning between two positions:

    1. A standard, vertical position on the side of the roof rack, and
    2. A position where the awning lays flat on the roof rack or canopy.

    Laying your awning flat protects it from damage when driving on tight tracks and close terrain. It also lets you reduce the height of your vehicle when clearance is an issue such as underground carparks.

    Croc Hinge brackets allow you to switch your awning onto the roof rack so you can protect it from damage. This is great when driving tight tracks in close terrain. Another benefit is that it lets you reduce the height of your vehicle to get into those underground carparks.

    The awning specific version of the CROC HINGE® 4×4 bracket offers the exact same functionality and versatility as the original. The only difference is that it has a shorter product leg making it ideal for mounting a vehicle awning. When the awning is in use i.e. extended, it’s recommended that you tie it down so that it’s secure. Also use the provided support rod to lock into the deployed position.

    Fitting a CROC HINGE® 4×4 awning bracket to your roof rack lets you easily move your awning between two positions:

    1. A vertical position on the side of the roof rack (deployed position), and
    2. A position where the awning lies flat on the roof rack (stowed position).

    The CROC HINGE® 4×4 Awning Bracket Kit comes with:

    • 2x 304 grade stainless steel brackets compatible with most popular flat roof racks*

    • Awning fixtures not included (they should be included with your vehicle awning).

    Warranty Information

    Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:

    • Damage due to improper use or modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)

    Freight & Delivery Information

    Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.

    Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.

    Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.

    Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
